Recently initiated a return. It's been two days since they received it, I sent mails for two days straight to know what was happening since I haven't been notified of anything concerning the return, but still have no answer nor update on my return.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought Fenty makeup. If something goes wrong customer service (if you can call it that) will not respond! They lied and told me I had damaged the product myself. Shocking behaviour! Will buy from Boots in future.

Haven’t received my order. Emailed Harvey Nichols to get an update and was informed that ‘due to technical issue’ they do not have updated tracking. So I’ve absolutely no idea where my order is or when/if it will arrive. Awful service. Do not buy from HN online.
They take an age to respond to emails. No help with their suppliers either. Returned boots to jigsaw 21 days ago and no refund, no acknowledgement nothing and no help from Harvey Nichols whom I placed the order with. Unprofessional customer services lack intelligence. Disappointed in this level of service. They just continue to blame covid for their stupidity.
Absolute shocking experience where I bought a very expensive jumper and found There was no jumper in the box. After spending ages trying to contact them they claim that it was packed and I would need to go to the authorities To report the interception of the parcel. To be clear there was no tampering of the parcel and and it is obvious that someone has just forgotten to pack the item. Disgusting service.
I ordered some makeup from HN online. I've used the exact same product many times. When I opened it, it has obviously been used already. At least tested by someone... and they refused to let me exchange it. "No returns on makeup" understandable... unless you're sending out used products!
Ordered a beautiful hamper on Tuesday 5th January from Harvey Nichols, for one our directors retirement... Requested next day delivery, arrived on the Wednesday and was the completely wrong hamper, customer services line not allowing calls, no response to emails, had to phone head office in London to be told there was nothing they could do to guarantee me the correct hamper for next day.
Apologies given bit this does not get my hamper delivered does it Harvey Nichols?
I understand we are on the middle of a pandemic but customer service from a company of this calibre is totally unacceptable,if you cannot deliver during these unprecedented times pre warn your customers of this please!!
Im sure if the gift was for a director at Harvey Nichols, all the stops would of been pulled to get this sorted.
As much as I love HN, the delivery of an Xmas present was supposed to take place on 07/12. No delivery, no problem I’ll call. Won’t accept calls, no problem I’ll email. Don’t reply quickly and when they do reply they offer no resolution. This is the trouble with dropshipping orders to other suppliers!!!

I have just purchased by phone a Winter Jacket from Harvey Nichols Edinburgh ( due to lock down restrictions when I initially ordered ) I was unable to visit the store. The Staff in the Department went out of their way to help me ( I had unfortunately to return 2 due to sizing issues ). I was kept informed through out re when each of the Jackets would be sent by which courier and returns were never an Issue . Excellent service from Harvey Nichols highly recommend them.

Ordered a pair of shorts in the sale on a Friday and by the Wednesday they had arrived. Can’t fault the service ???? must be one of the lucky ones judging by other reviews!
Felt compelled to leave a review after recent experience. I ordered a dress on Friday afternoon, selected normal delivery, it arrived just after 12:00 the next day - speediest department store free delivery I've ever had. Perfectly packaged (giftbox was also free-other places charge you)- only issue was there was a white mark on the front of the dress - its was small - but visible upon reasonable inspection. Emailed HN straight away with pictures, they were fast to respond and offered to arrange a free DPD pick up so I wouldn't need to venture into central london given the current situation. Not sure if I got lucky with customer service and still need to wait for courier to pick up and wait for refund, but experience so far has been hands down the best from any department store/luxury retailer!
